Shipping + Returns
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes about 3-5 business days, but this might differ from country to country. We are based in Germany, so shipment within Europe usually takes less time. Do feel free to contact us should the delivery take more time than expected or should you want us to consider a different type of shipment for you. Please note that we do not take responsibility for complications related to delivery.
Return and exchange policy
We accept returns for journals that have not been personalised and that are in the same condition in which they were delivered. We do not take back orders that were personalised as we will not be able to resell them in the future. However, we are confident that once you receive your .pal, you won't be considering returning it. Our journals are of very high quality, they're elegant and extremely pleasant to write on!
